With Pixar's tenth hit at the box-office in Up, director Pete Docter is rumored to be working on a sequel to the 2001 Monsters, Inc. which was nominated for a Animated Feature Film award (Shrek won the award). The film went on to make over 250 million dollars at the domestic box office. It would be fun to see if the original characters would be involved. We'll keep you updated.

Pixar already has "Toy Story 3" and "Cars 2" coming out. They need to make more originial films. That being said, anything they make is likely to be good, so if this news is true, I'll be looking forward to it (not as much as I'm looking forward to "The Bear and the Bow" though).
