Snow Cake, the indie we're following this year, has received some mostly good reviews, but it is being released on April 25. Bad sign for an Oscar contender. What does everyone think? Will this end up a serious contender or just an arthouse movie forgotten by January?

Sigourney Weaver and Alan Rickman will have to give absolutely amazing performances to be able to stay in the game. Good news for both of them though, they both have good chances in other films they are in as well. Weaver has "The TV Set" and "The Girl in the Park". Rickman has "Sweeney Todd".
